Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for intimate apparel to ensure hygiene and safety. However, exceptions apply if:

  1. The item is received with a manufacturing defect.
  2. The issue is reported to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • Photos clearly showing the defect.

After reviewing your claim, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging for a claim to be processed.
